Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to resolve it under the terms below.
1) Returns (Non-Defective Items)
Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it
- In the original packaging (if applicable)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number / receipt)
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for:
- Made-to-order / personalized / custom items (including print-on-demand products), unless defective or incorrect
- Clearance / final sale items
- Gift cards (if applicable)
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear
Note: Many of our products are produced after you place an order. If you’re unsure whether your item is made-to-order, contact us before requesting a return.
2) Damages, Defects, or Wrong Item Received
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve this quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the product issue
- A photo of the shipping label and outer packaging (if damaged)
If approved, we will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation and availability.
3) Exchanges
We generally don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
For defective/damaged items, we may ship a replacement without requiring a return.
4) How to Start a Return
To request a return, email us at [email protected] with:
- Order number
- Item(s) you want to return
- Reason for return
- Photos (if defective/damaged)
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Do not send items back without approval, as we may not be able to process them.
5) Return Shipping Costs
- Non-defective returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
- Defective/damaged/wrong item: We will cover reasonable return shipping or provide an alternative solution (replacement/refund) depending on the case.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
6) Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Processing time is typically 3–10 business days after approval (banks/payment providers may take additional time)
If your refund is delayed, please first check with your bank/payment provider, then contact us.
7) Partial Refunds / Deductions
Refunds may be reduced or denied if:
- The returned item shows signs of use, washing, or damage not due to our error
- Parts/accessories are missing
- The item is returned outside the approved return window
8) Order Cancellations / Changes
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible.
Because many items are produced or processed quickly after purchase, we may not be able to cancel or modify the order once it is in production or shipped.
