1. Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered.

Return requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery may not be accepted unless required by applicable law.

To qualify for a return, the item must generally be:

  • Unused and uninstalled
  • In its original condition
  • Free from damage caused after delivery
  • Returned with its original packaging, labels, and included accessories
  • Accompanied by valid proof of purchase

We may refuse a return if the item shows signs of use, installation, washing, alteration, misuse, or damage that was not present when delivered.

2. How to Request a Return

3. Change-of-Mind Returns

You may return an eligible item within the 30-day return period if you change your mind, order the wrong item, or no longer need the product.

For change-of-mind returns:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • The original shipping charge is non-refundable
  • The item must meet the return eligibility requirements
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please include clear photographs showing:

  • The damaged or defective area
  • The shipping package
  • The shipping label

When the issue was caused by us or the item arrived damaged or defective, we will provide return instructions and cover reasonable return shipping costs when a return is required.

Minor differences in color, texture, printing position, dimensions, or appearance may occur because of screen settings, lighting, photography, manufacturing, and manual measurement. Minor variations that do not affect normal use are not necessarily considered defects.

5. Garden Flags

Garden flags may not qualify for a return if they have been:

  • Displayed outdoors
  • Washed
  • Cut, altered, or repaired
  • Damaged by wind, storms, rain, sunlight, animals, improper installation, or misuse
  • Used with unsuitable flag stands or mounting accessories

Normal fading, weathering, and wear caused by outdoor exposure are not considered manufacturing defects.

Unless specifically stated in the product description, flag poles, stands, and mounting accessories are not included.

6. Metal Tin Signs

Metal tin signs may not qualify for a return if they have been:

  • Mounted or installed
  • Bent, scratched, drilled, cut, or altered
  • Damaged by unsuitable mounting hardware
  • Exposed to excessive moisture, salt air, chemicals, or severe weather
  • Damaged through improper handling or storage

Vintage, rustic, distressed, faded, or weathered visual effects may be intentional parts of the printed design and are not considered defects.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Personalized or customized products
  • Made-to-order products
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items damaged through misuse or improper installation
  • Items returned after the return period
  • Items without sufficient proof of purchase
  • Items that do not meet the return eligibility requirements

8. Exchanges and Replacements

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we may offer a replacement after reviewing your request.

For exchanges based on personal preference, such as choosing a different design or size, you may be asked to return the original item and place a new order.

Replacement availability depends on current inventory. If a replacement is unavailable, we may issue a refund instead.

9. Refund Process

After your approved return is delivered, we will inspect the item.

If the return is accepted, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. We cannot normally issue a refund to a different payment method or account.

Please allow approximately 5 to 10 business days after refund approval for the amount to appear in your account. Processing times depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, insurance charges, and other delivery-related fees are generally non-refundable unless:

  • The item was damaged or defective
  • We sent the wrong item
  • The refund is otherwise required by applicable law

10. Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be issued when:

  • An item is returned with missing packaging or accessories
  • The item has minor signs of handling or use
  • The item is returned in a condition different from when it was delivered
  • Only part of an order is returned
  • The customer agrees to keep an item with a minor issue

We will explain the proposed partial refund before completing it when appropriate.

11. Refused and Unclaimed Packages

Refunds are not guaranteed for packages that are:

  • Refused without prior authorization
  • Not collected from a carrier or pickup location
  • Returned because the customer provided an incomplete or incorrect address
  • Returned because the carrier could not access the delivery location
  • Returned after delivery attempts were unsuccessful

If such a package is returned to us, any refund may be reduced by the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, handling charges, or other costs incurred.

12. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Contact us immediately if you notice an address error. We will try to update the address, but changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or shipped.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

13. Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows that a package is still in transit beyond the expected delivery period, please contact us so we can review the shipment.

If tracking shows the package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  • Check your mailbox and the surrounding delivery area
  • Ask household members, neighbors, reception staff, or building management
  • Review any delivery photograph or carrier notice
  • Contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery information

We may assist with a carrier inquiry, but a refund or replacement is not guaranteed when the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided with the order.

14. Order Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.

We may cancel and refund an order if it has not entered processing. Once an order has been processed, packed, transferred to a fulfillment partner, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If the order cannot be canceled, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.

15. Sale and Promotional Items

Unless an item is clearly marked as final sale, discounted and promotional items may be returned under the same eligibility requirements described in this policy.

Promotional discounts, coupon values, and free-shipping benefits are not refundable as cash.

If returning part of an order causes the remaining order to no longer qualify for a promotion, the refund may be adjusted to reflect the original promotional terms.

16. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Please contact us before submitting a chargeback or payment dispute. We will make a reasonable effort to investigate and resolve order concerns directly.

Submitting a chargeback does not automatically cancel an order or replace the return process described in this policy.

We may provide order, payment, shipment, tracking, delivery, and communication records to the payment provider when responding to a dispute.
