Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed on JJNI are processed and shipped.
1) Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Processing includes order verification, preparing items, and handing the parcel to the carrier.
- During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take longer.
2) Shipping Rates
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, package size/weight, and available shipping methods.
- If free-shipping promotions are available, they will be shown automatically at checkout.
3) Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected.
Typical delivery estimates:
- Standard shipping: about 7–15 business days after dispatch (varies by region)
Delivery can take longer due to:
- Customs inspections (international shipments)
- Severe weather, public holidays, peak seasons
- Carrier delays or remote-area delivery constraints
4) Shipping Destinations
We ship to many countries/regions. Available destinations and shipping methods will appear at checkout. If your address cannot be served by our carriers, we may contact you for an alternative address or cancel/refund the order.
5) Tracking
- If tracking is available for your shipping method, you will receive a tracking number by email after dispatch.
- Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the parcel is scanned by the carrier.
6) Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international deliveries:
- Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees (if any) are determined by your local authorities.
- Unless otherwise stated, these fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.
7) Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct.
- We are not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or extra fees caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, we may reship it (additional shipping fees may apply) or refund it minus any shipping/handling costs where applicable.
8) Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is processed or shipped, we may be unable to make changes or cancel it.
9) Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
Delays
If your package is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, contact us and we will assist with carrier inquiries.
Lost packages
If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the parcel, please:
- Check with household members/neighbors/building management
- Confirm the shipping address on your order
- Contact us for next steps
Damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Order number
- Photos of the item(s), outer packaging, and shipping label
We will evaluate the case and offer an appropriate solution (replacement/refund where applicable).
